At Spyglass we have many 2- and 3-bedroom ocean front and pool view condos available for rent by the week or month. All with enclosed garage and full-size washer/dryers in the lower level.
In addition, some of our condos have a Bonus Room built in the lower level for more living space. Typically these rooms feature either a sleeper sofa or additional beds.
The condos all have a similar layout, however, the view changes according to their location in the complex. Condos with Bonus Rooms measure approximately 1400 sq. ft and those without the rooms are approximately 1100 sq. ft.
Rental rates reflect the location of the condo as well as whether they feature the additional bonus room.
