DESCRIPTION
Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful and meticulously cared-for condo. Well-appointed with newer furnishings, crown moldings , updated kitchen with all the necessities, jetted tub, great ocean front deck on the main floor for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sun rise, reading a good book, or sharing great conversations with friends. And…a wonderful view of the sunset in the evening over the Intracoastal from the front door and windows!
The main level living area offers a fully stocked kitchen, living room with a flat screen 50″ HDTV w/DVR, dining room, half bath and a deck overlooking the great Atlantic Ocean. The living room coffee table features small stools for comfort and additional seating when necessary.
And heading down to the lower level on the circular staircase, you are welcomed by a heated/air-conditioned tiled room. A new bunk bed with real mattresses has just been added for additional sleeping. A back door opens onto a small ocean side patio. With the door open the ocean breeze is heavenly. This room also has a full-size washer and dryer. The other half of the lower level boasts a full-size enclosed garage for your vehicle.
The top floor houses the 2 bedrooms and 2 full-size baths, one with a jetted tub and the other a large shower. Another Flat Screen HDTV hangs on the wall of the Master Bedroom. A door separates the two bedroom and bath areas for additional privacy.
Spyglass Condo #45 has everything you will need to make your stay on Crescent Beach in St. Augustine the best ever.
